This is a simple maths puzzle. If I give you 1000 Rs. & ask You to split in to ten parts in the manner ,you can give any amount below thousand to those split parts. You can give as many parts to get the value 1000. Rule is once the amount is split you should not change it further.

Answer: 1,2,4,8,16,32,64,128,256,489
By this way of splitting we can give what ever amount I ask within 1000 Rs, without change the splitted value.
Eg: if i need 50 you can give 2,16,32 total 50. This is applicable to all number under 1000.
How it works...?:
It works as multiple's of 2. after it crossed total 1000 we have to subtract the last value. This numbers comes as follows 1,1*2=2,2*2=4,4*2=8, etc...
